Step 1: Log into the system via the morning reports or through meltwater.com
Step 2: Once logged in, on the bottom of the page, click on "Users"
Step 3: This will direct you to the User Distribution page, where you can manage what time reports are received and from which search agents.

Step 4: Choose "New" below the Meltwater News logo.
Step 5: Fill out the text fields. Choose Administrator if you want the new users to have capability to change agents and reports
Step 6: Click Save
One of the great advantages of Meltwater News is the opportunity to tailor each and every report. Different users have different needs. A user from the Sales Department might only be interested in new leads, while a Brand Manager might only be interested in his or her brands and direct competitors.
Step 7: To tailor reports with preferred agents and settings, select the user through the dropdown box on the top of the page. Mark and unmark the check boxes of interest.
Step 8: Click Save
