Why did I receive this notice?
Duplicate logo rejection notices are due to the logo appearing twice when submitting your Newswire release. This can happen if the logo you created with the company in Newswire is the same as the logo appearing in the "Compose" screen (auto-uploaded or manually uploaded).
How do I avoid the rejection notification/what do I do if I receive a rejection notification?
You will need to delete the logo from the Compose screen.
When previewing and submitting the release, you will not see the logo as it was approved and submitted initially when your company was created in the Newswire tab.
The logo that was originally approved will appear in the GlobeNewswire Newsroom once it has crossed the wire.
