Please follow the following steps if you cannot find or did not receive an article:
- Make sure you are logged into the system
- Go to the Search tab and copy/paste the title of the article – click "search"
If the article appears:
This means that the article is in our database, but because of the keywords or boolean set up in your search, the article was not picked up. It is necessary to update the search to monitor the correct keywords and source. Click here to read more about setting up a search, or click here for a more advanced guide on Boolean.
If it doesn't:
Fill out a support ticket by clicking on the Help Icon (the question mark in the upper right-hand corner) and click on the "File a Support Ticket" icon. Your feedback is greatly valued and we will always strive to improve our coverage!
