Important Note from the Product Team
We realize that our product quality, stability and performance has suffered recently. We sincerely apologize for the impact this has had on our valued customers. We have spent the last couple months keenly focused on product improvement and we hope you see and enjoy the difference. Going forward, we are committed to a balanced approach to product quality while adding valuable new features.
Product Quality Improvements - This effort will yield performance/stability benefits in the next release cycle as well! Below are the more visible fixes:
Improved tagging functionality & reliability - We have made great progress, but have a bit more work to achieve perfection. However if you use these guidelines in the meantime, tagging should be very reliable:
Addressed Twitter content inconsistencies - We addressed a couple defects so you should now receive all tweets for any social search which is configured to include tweets. (up to the maximum allowable tweets per day for your subscription - if you need to increase your allowance, please speak with your account manager or email email@example.com).
Improved response times for viewing content streams and widgets
Newsletter scheduled delivery - fixed defect, newsletters will properly send at scheduled times!
Easier Creation & Moderation of Newsletters
The creation and moderation of newsletters will be easier now that we have dedicated a full-size modal to this task. See the images below for all changes to Newsletters introduced with this release.
and, finally ...
The “All Contacts” list will work a bit differently:
- All of your contacts must be on at least one list. When a user adds an influencer to a list, they will be required to pick an existing list or create a new one.
- If an account has an influencer that is included in “All Contacts” but not on another list, they will be migrated to a list called “Other" during the release process.
- If you delete a list, those deleted contacts will also be removed from “All Contacts” if they are on no other list
