What is the Inbox?
The Inbox is the main source to see the news and conversations that matter most to you. Here, you will find your content streams that are generated as a result of the search criteria you set up initially in the Search.
You will be able to see the number of times the article has been published and it’s total reach and sentiment in the inbox. You can also link out to the article.

To view articles, go to your Inbox and choose among different streams from the drop down menu. You can then specify your Date Range and link out to the original article.
When you check a box next to one or more articles, you may share, tag, translate, or export the article. You will also have the ability to "select all" in the content stream. You will not see these action items above unless one or more of the articles is selected. Only select one article at a time when sharing via Twitter or Facebook or translating.
If there are any articles you find to be irrelevant, you can simply "hide" an article/articles from the content stream. To hide a document/multiple documents, simple check the checkmark box to the left of the articles and click on the right-most icon (circle) in the action bar above the content stream.
Click on the new "Show Hidden" link and the content stream refreshes to show only hidden documents. Select the document then click on the right-most icon (circle) in the action bar to make it visible once again.
To share a specific article in your Inbox, checkmark the box next to any search and select from the email, Twitter or Facebook icon. You may only share one article at a time via Twitter or Facebook.
Duplicate articles are identical articles published multiple times by one or more sources. Duplicates are indicated in the content as shown below (highlighted in blue).
When you select an article with duplicates, the following window will open with options to add or not add multiple documents into your selection. If you would like to include the same article from multiple sources click Yes, Add Duplicates. If you would only like to include a single copy of the article click No, don’t add duplicates.
If you select Yes, Add Duplicates, the duplicate articles will list below the original article.
Build a Report
Reports are built from content in your Searches. Therefore, the first step to creating a report is to build your Searches. For more information on how to create a Search, review the Search help section.
To build a News Digest or Instant Notifications report, simply click on the Reports Settings Icon (pictured below) on the upper right hand corner of the content stream in the Inbox.
You may also go to Settings, Select Report Settings, and click on the purple button on the bottom right-hand side of the page.
