Let's help you find the article!
There are a few reasons why an article may not be coming up in your results and the most common is due to search settings: Keywords, Date range or Source Selection.
Articles that are not appearing due to keywords could include too restrictive boolean, possible mis-spelling or a missing keyword. Boolean searches are particularly prone to this as they typically have many criteria that require matching. The source selection chosen for the search determines what publications you’re searching against, and it’s worth double-checking that too.
Suggested action: Go to the Search page and copy/paste the title of the article. If it's an older article don't forget to adjust the date range – click "update search results".
Did you find it? If yes, great! 👍
Follow up action: adjust your search and/or source selection.
If that didn't do the trick, it's likely that we don’t currently cover the source that published the article or that our crawlers need updating. This can happen when a publication makes layout changes to their website.
Suggested action: access our Help Assistant (top right in the web application) and directly let our team know via Live Chat. Please make sure to include the link to the article, and our support team will investigate. Please see a screen tour here of where to find the Live Chat icon.
💡Tip: If you are in the process of building a report or something time-sensitive, you can use our Add Content feature to add the article manually. This should unblock your process and let you finish your report.
